In order to provide you with the freshest, highest quality product available we have teamed up with international overnight couriers. These couriers have exceptional track records for providing customers with efficient, reliable service and will do their best to get your order gets to its final destination. We use FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Destinations:
We will deliver to most addresses in the USA. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO's and certain military institutions. We are happy to deliver to hospitals, care facilities and funeral homes if specific receiving arrangements are made by the customer in advance. Our couriers do not call ahead of delivery and cannot predict exactly when they will deliver your order. If your package is being shipped to an apartment or a secure building that requires special access, please include the access code on the 2nd address line of the recipient's address. Also, if a package is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given. Provide Flowers cannot be held responsible in such instances.
Cut Flower Orders:

Our standard overnight shipping rate for cut flowers to the continental USA is $14.99. This service includes delivery to all major centers by 3:00 and most rural areas by 6:00 PM on the date of delivery. Priority service is also available for most major centers in North America. Our rate for this service is $19.99 this provides delivery by 10:30 AM on the delivery date.

Potted Plant Orders

Our normal service for potted plants is our 2-day express service. This service includes delivery to all major centers and rural areas in the continental USA by 6:00 pm on the delivery date.

Alaska and Hawaii
We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Saturday and Sunday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most addresses in the continental USA for $29.99. Please note that these deliveries are restricted to major metropolitan areas where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday delivery is not available.

Monday Delivery
To insure the freshest flowers possible we are not able to offer Monday delivery.

Receipt of Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the package on the delivery date. The couriers have been given 'signature release' which means that they are permitted to leave the package without a signature. They will always look for a safe place to leave the package, and this is only done at the driver's discretion. It is preferable for the recipient to be available for their flowers as Provide Flowers cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders. Tracking Numbers
Once your order has been filled and shipped by one of our growers, you will be sent an email that supplies you with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to determine the status of your order.

Delays Beyond our Control
In the event that a delivery is delayed or not completed due to circumstances beyond our control (acts of terrorism, weather conditions, etc), Provide Flowers will do everything possible to complete the delivery as soon as possible. Provide Flowers and Gifts cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by circumstances beyond our control.
