Shipping

Cost
All flower packages are shipped by FedEx. (or UPS – DHL as volume requires) The Standard shipping charges for delivery Tuesday through Friday is $14.99. Priority Overnight is $19.99 and Saturday Overnight delivery is $29.99 for all locations in the Continental United States
Delivery
Orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday, unless the ship date or delivery date falls on a major holiday (Christmas, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,). We ship orders to any physical address within the continental U.S.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Due to distance restraints we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Delivery Times

For most locations within the continental U.S. Standard Delivery shipments will usually be delivered by 3:30 PM (5:30 to rural areas). On busy days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, delivery might be later than 5:30 PM. Priority Overnight shipments will usually be delivered by 10:30 AM and by 3:30 to rural areas. Saturday Priority Overnight shipments will be delivered by 12:30 PM.

As we always ship overnight and do not want the flowers to sit unhappily for 2 days we cannot deliver Sunday or Monday.

To ensure freshness all Provide Flowers bouquets are shipped overnight with FedEx. Orders must be placed before 1 PM Eastern (Monday-Friday).

If your order is not in the process of being picked up or delivered, we can change the delivery address. Please e-mail the new address information to info@ProvideFlowersandgifts.com before 2:00 PM the day of the shipment

Your delivery will be dropped off without the necessity of obtaining a signature. Usually, the delivery driver will knock, if there is no answer, the box will be left somewhere safe at the delivery location. If there is no safe location, the box will be taken to the closest shipping facility.
